1. Présentation du produit
Les raccords monoblocs sont des éléments de connexion pour lignes haute pression de cimentation, fracturation et acidification. Ils sont utilisés sur lignes de refoulement, d’entrée, temporaires et d’essai.
La gamme couvre des tailles de 2 à 4 in, des pressions nominales de 6 000 à 20 000 psi et des températures de service de −46 °C à 121 °C selon la configuration.
La série comprend coudes à 90 degrés, coudes à 90 degrés à grand rayon, tés monoblocs, tés monoblocs en Y, tés latéraux monoblocs à 45°, croix monoblocs, tés latéraux doubles monoblocs à 45° et raccords monoblocs avec prises pour manomètres.
2. Caractéristiques de conception
La norme de conception, la classe de pression, la classe de matériau et les exigences de contrôle sont définies par la spécification d’achat et les plans approuvés. Les exigences API ne s’appliquent qu’au raccordement et à la configuration indiqués dans la commande.
Le corps est fabriqué en acier allié haute résistance et offre, après traitement de renforcement, une bonne tenue à la pression et à l’érosion.
Le filetage Acme facilite le montage et le démontage, assure un raccordement fiable et permet de reconfigurer fréquemment les lignes.
Le système multi-joints et l’usinage précis améliorent l’étanchéité des raccords monoblocs.
Les zones de changement de direction et d’érosion sévère utilisent une conception renforcée pour prolonger la durée de service sûre.

Remarque : M désigne une demi-union mâle ; F désigne une demi-union femelle ; P désigne un filetage mâle ; B désigne un filetage femelle. 5. recommandations utilisation et maintenance
Avant utilisation, verifiez la plaque signaletique et confirmez que la pression, la specification, la plage de temperature et le type de raccordement correspondent au systeme de lignes de debit sur site.
Avant la mise en service et apres demontage ou reparation, effectuez un essai hydrostatique et un controle etancheite conformement a la procedure.
En service, contrôlez régulièrement l’épaisseur de paroi, les surfaces d’étanchéité et les zones de raccordement. Remplacez l’équipement en cas d’usure, d’érosion ou d’épaisseur effective insuffisante.
Pendant le transport et le stockage, evitez les chocs, la pluie et le contact avec des milieux corrosifs. Gardez les produits propres, secs et classes par specification.
