Raccords monoblocs

Les raccords monoblocs sont des composants forgés d’une seule pièce pour changement de direction, dérivation, réduction et raccordement de manomètre dans les lignes haute pression. Les tailles couvrent 2 à 4 in et les pressions 6,000 à 20,000 psi (42 à 140 MPa), avec coudes 90°, coudes grand rayon, tés, croix, tés latéraux, doubles tés latéraux et adaptateurs réducteurs.

1. Présentation du produit

Les raccords monoblocs sont des éléments de connexion pour lignes haute pression de cimentation, fracturation et acidification. Ils sont utilisés sur lignes de refoulement, d’entrée, temporaires et d’essai.

Les tailles couvrent 2 in-4 in, pression nominale 6,000 psi-20,000 psi et température de service -46 °C-121 °C.

La série comprend coudes à 90 degrés, coudes à 90 degrés à grand rayon, tés monoblocs, tés monoblocs en Y, tés latéraux monoblocs à 45°, croix monoblocs, tés latéraux doubles monoblocs à 45° et raccords monoblocs avec prises pour manomètres.

2. Caractéristiques de conception

Les paramètres et performances sont conçus selon les exigences API 6A; la classe de matériau peut couvrir AA-EE.

Le corps est fabriqué en acier allié haute résistance et offre, après traitement de renforcement, une bonne tenue à la pression et à l’érosion.

Le filetage Acme facilite montage et démontage, assure une connexion fiable et convient aux recompositions fréquentes de lignes.

Le système multi-joints et l’usinage précis améliorent l’étanchéité des raccords monoblocs.

Les zones de changement de direction et d’érosion sévère utilisent une conception renforcée pour prolonger la durée de service sûre.

Remarque : M désigne une demi-union mâle ; F désigne une demi-union femelle ; P désigne un filetage mâle ; B désigne un filetage femelle. Par exemple, si une extrémité est Fig 1502M avec écrou à ailettes et l’autre extrémité est 2″ Fig 1002F avec filetage trapézoïdal extérieur, la désignation de commande est : adaptateur de transition 3″ Fig 1502M - 2″ Fig 1002F.

5. recommandations utilisation et maintenance

Avant utilisation, verifiez la plaque signaletique et confirmez que la pression, la specification, la plage de temperature et le type de raccordement correspondent au systeme de lignes de debit sur site.

Avant la mise en service et apres demontage ou reparation, effectuez un essai hydrostatique et un controle etancheite conformement a la procedure.

En service, controlez regulierement epaisseur de paroi, surfaces etancheite et zones de raccordement. Remplacez le produit en cas usure, erosion ou epaisseur effective insuffisante.

Pendant le transport et le stockage, evitez les chocs, la pluie et le contact avec des milieux corrosifs. Gardez les produits propres, secs et classes par specification.
