Conexiones integrales

Las conexiones integrales son componentes forjados de una sola pieza para cambio de dirección, derivación, reducción e interfaces de manómetro en líneas de alta presión. Cubren tamaños de 2 a 4 in y presiones de 6,000 a 20,000 psi (42 a 140 MPa), incluyendo codos 90°, codos de radio largo, tees, cruces, tees laterales, tees laterales dobles y adaptadores reductores.

1. Descripción del producto

Las conexiones integrales son elementos de conexión para líneas de alta presión de cementación, fracturamiento y acidificación. Se usan en líneas de descarga, entrada, temporales y de prueba.

Los tamaños cubren 2 in-4 in, presión nominal 6,000 psi-20,000 psi y temperatura de trabajo -46 °C-121 °C.

La serie incluye codos de 90 grados, codos de 90 grados de radio largo, tees integrales, tees integrales en Y, tees laterales integrales de 45°, cruces integrales, tees laterales dobles integrales de 45° y conexiones integrales con puertos para manómetros.

2. Características de diseño

Los parámetros y desempeño se diseñan conforme a requisitos API 6A; la clase de material puede cubrir AA-EE.

El cuerpo se fabrica en acero aleado de alta resistencia y, tras el tratamiento de endurecimiento, ofrece buena resistencia a presión y erosión.

La rosca Acme facilita montaje y desmontaje, proporciona conexión confiable y es adecuada para recomposición frecuente de líneas.

El sellado múltiple y el mecanizado preciso mejoran el desempeño de hermeticidad de las conexiones integrales.

Las zonas de cambio de dirección y erosión severa usan diseño reforzado para prolongar la vida segura.

5. recomendaciones de uso y mantenimiento

Antes del uso, verifique la placa de identificación y confirme que la presión, la especificación, el rango de temperatura y el tipo de conexión coincidan con el sistema de líneas de flujo en campo.

Antes de la puesta en servicio y después del desmontaje o reparación, realice la prueba hidrostática y la inspección de sellado según el procedimiento.

Durante el servicio, inspeccione regularmente el espesor de pared, las superficies de sellado y las zonas de conexión. Sustituya el producto si existe desgaste, erosión o espesor efectivo insuficiente.

Durante el transporte y almacenamiento, evite impactos, lluvia y contacto con medios corrosivos. Mantenga los productos limpios, secos y clasificados por especificación.
