整体管件

整体管件用于高压管线转向、分流、变径和压力表接口布置,规格覆盖2英寸~4英寸,工作压力42 MPa~140 MPa。产品包括90°弯头、长半径弯头、整体三通、整体四通、45°斜三通、双45°斜三通和变径接头等整体锻造结构。

一、产品概述

高压整体管件是固井、压裂和酸化设备中的高压流体连接元件,广泛用于高压排出管线、输入管线、临时液流管线、试井管线和其他高压输送系统。

产品规格覆盖2英寸~4英寸,额定工作压力42 MPa(6,000 psi)~140 MPa(20,000 psi),工作温度可覆盖-46 ℃~121 ℃。

整体接头系列包括90度弯头、长半径90度弯头、整体三通、整体Y型三通、整体式45°斜三通/45°歧管三通、整体四通、整体式双45°斜三通、整体式带压力表接口的管接等形式。

二、设计特点

产品技术参数和性能按 API 6A 相关要求设计制造,材料级别可覆盖 AA~EE。

主体采用高强度合金钢制造,经强韧化工艺处理后具有较好的承压强度和抗冲蚀能力。

Acme螺纹连接便于拆装,连接牢固可靠,适合高压流体管线频繁组合。

多重密封结构和高精度加工有助于提升整体接头的密封性能。

流体变向和冲蚀较严重部位采用加厚设计,可延长安全使用寿命。

五、使用与维护提示

使用前应核对铭牌信息,确认压力等级、规格、温度范围和连接形式与现场管线系统一致。

产品投入使用前及拆装维修后,应按作业规范进行静水压试验和密封检查,确认无渗漏后再进入高压工况。

使用过程中应定期检测壁厚、密封面和连接部位状态,发现磨损、冲蚀或有效壁厚不足时应及时更换。

运输和贮存应避免碰撞、雨淋及腐蚀性介质接触,保持产品清洁、干燥,并按规格分类管理。
