1. Product Overview
Wellhead Control Heads include Top-Pull Type and Bottom-Pull Type configurations and can be used with rig hoisting systems for string control and circulating flowback during high-pressure wellhead operations.
The product is suitable for standard and sour service and can meet relevant NACE MR0175 requirements.
Common specifications include 2 in, 2 1/2 in, and 3 in, with rated working pressure from 6,000 psi to 15,000 psi. Special specifications can also be customized according to field requirements.
2. Design Features
It matches rig hoisting systems well. The structure includes dual passages and integrates functions for the rod head device, rotating head, and circulating flowback.
The wellhead control head has a load capacity of 1,500 kN to 2,000 kN, suitable for high-pressure wellhead service environments.
Each assembly is subjected to hydrostatic seal testing at maximum working pressure before shipment.
The device is compact and lightweight, making transportation and field installation easier and reducing operation labor intensity.
