Boucle de flexible

Les boucles de flexible sont utilisées pour les configurations temporaires de lignes haute pression en cimentation, fracturation, acidification et essais de puits. Les tailles couvrent 1 à 4 in et les pressions 5,000 à 20,000 psi (35 à 140 MPa). Les principaux types sont Integral Hose Loop, NPST Hose Loop et Flexible Hose Loop, sélectionnés selon lay length, Fig rating et condition de service.

1. Présentation du produit

La boucle de flexible haute pression est utilisée pour la cimentation, acidification, fracturation, essais de puits et le transfert de fluides haute pression; elle est assemblée avec raccords pivotants, tubes courts et connexions union.

Le produit est facile à empiler, transporter et stocker sur site. Il peut être utilisé dans les lignes de décharge haute pression, lignes d’injection, lignes d’essai de puits et lignes de boue de cimentation.

Les tailles courantes couvrent 1 in, 1 1/2 in, 2 in, 3 in et 4 in; la pression de service est de 5,000 psi-20,000 psi.

Les raccords union et les tubes courts haute pression peuvent être de construction intégrée ou séparée, selon la pression nominale et les exigences de montage sur site.

2. Caractéristiques de conception

Les raccords pivotants associés offrent une rotation souple, une résistance aux chocs, une résistance aux vibrations et une grande capacité de débit.

Le collecteur présente une bonne performance d’étanchéité globale et répond aux besoins de transfert de fluides haute pression et de lignes temporaires.

La combinaison modulaire facilite l’installation, le démontage et le déplacement rapides sur site.

Plusieurs classes de pression et tailles sont disponibles pour la cimentation, la fracturation, l’acidification et les essais de puits.
