High-Pressure Flowline Manifold Systems

Cementing Manifold

Cementing manifolds connect cementing pump discharge lines to the wellhead, handling high-pressure cement slurry transfer, collection, distribution, return control and flow switching. Common working pressures are 5,000 psi, 10,000 psi and 15,000 psi, with 2 in to 3 in nominal bore and API 6A flanged or hammer union connections.

1. Product Overview

The cementing manifold is high-pressure manifold equipment used in cementing operations. It mainly controls the transfer of slurry discharged from cementing pumps to the wellhead, ensuring stable and safe cementing operations.

The manifold is usually composed of pup joints, plug valves, flanged or union connectors, and support structures. It can be configured according to wellsite layout, pressure rating, and connection specification.

The product is suitable for land and offshore-platform cementing operations and meets requirements for high-pressure transfer, distribution, and process switching of cement slurry, clean water, and similar media.

2. Design Features

Plug valves are used as control valves, providing flexible opening and closing for process switching and pressure control during cementing.

The manifold has a clear structure. Connection types include API 6A flanged or union-end connections, making it convenient for use with cementing pump units, wellhead equipment, and pup joints.

Pressure-containing parts are manufactured according to high-pressure operation requirements. They are suitable for cement slurry and other cementing media and provide good safety, reliability, and field maintenance convenience.
