1. Product Overview
The well test choke manifold is used in oil and gas production well testing. After connection through wellhead lines, it chokes the medium and works with pressure and temperature data acquisition to calculate production and deliverability.
The manifold uses fixed-size choke beans for throttling control and is important equipment in logging and well-testing processes.
The product uses flanged connections and slab gate valve configuration, suitable for long-term service in various fluid environments.
Common nominal bore is 2 1/16 in to 4 1/16 in, and temperature class is -29 ℃ to 121 ℃, meeting H2S service and relevant NACE MR0175 requirements.
2. Design Features
Flanged connections are safe and reliable, making the manifold convenient for use with wellhead and test-line systems.
The outlet can use a union connection for quick field line installation and dismantling.
Forged flanged cross structures provide high pressure-bearing strength and facilitate pressure data acquisition and monitoring.
Different choking forms can be selected according to the test process and field service conditions.
