High-Pressure Flowline Manifold Systems

Drill Floor Manifold

Drill-floor manifolds are installed on the rig floor for high-pressure drilling-fluid routing, isolation and service-line connections. The catalogue overview states 5,000 psi (35 MPa) to 15,000 psi (105 MPa) and 2 in to 3 in nominal bore, while the displayed model table lists only 10,000 and 15,000 psi configurations. Confirm any 5,000 psi model, temperature rating and layout from the approved drawing.

1. Product Overview

The drill floor manifold is used for distribution, connection, and control of high-pressure drilling fluid and service fluids in the drill-floor area and is an important part of the drilling manifold system.

The catalogue overview states 5,000 psi to 15,000 psi and 2 in to 3 in nominal bore, but the displayed table lists only 10,000 and 15,000 psi models. The stated -29 °C to 121 °C envelope is not a single API temperature class and must be verified for the ordered materials and seals.

Available for standard service and sour service. For sour service, wetted metallic materials are selected for the specified environment in accordance with NACE MR0175/ISO 15156.

2. Design Features

The compact, lightweight structure simplifies transport and drill-floor installation.

Union connections support quick installation and dismantling, reducing field handling time.

Selection is based on drill-floor space, line routing, and pressure rating.
