High-Pressure Flowline Manifold Systems

Drill Floor Manifold

Drill floor manifolds are installed on the rig floor for high-pressure drilling fluid transfer, flow switching and wellhead service connections. Working pressures cover 5,000 psi (35 MPa) to 15,000 psi (105 MPa), nominal bore 2 in to 3 in, temperature class -29 °C to 121 °C, with configurations for standard or NACE service, choke arrangement and rig-floor piping layout.

1. Product Overview

The drill floor manifold is used for distribution, connection, and control of high-pressure drilling fluid and service fluids in the drill-floor area and is an important part of the drilling manifold system.

Working pressure is 5,000 psi to 15,000 psi, nominal bore is 2 in to 3 in, and temperature class is -29 ℃ to 121 ℃.

It is suitable for standard and sour service and can meet relevant NACE MR0175 requirements.

2. Design Features

The compact structure, small size, and light weight make transportation and drill-floor installation convenient.

Union connections allow quick installation and dismantling and can reduce field operation labor intensity.

Selection can be made according to drill-floor space, line routing, and pressure rating.
