High-Pressure Flowline Manifold Systems

Diverter Manifold

Diverter manifolds are used in production testing to route oil, gas and water streams after separation to metering, storage or downstream processing equipment. Common working pressures are 750 psi (5 MPa) to 2,000 psi (14 MPa), with 2 in to 3 in nominal bore for oil, water and gas service.

1. Product Overview

The diverter manifold is used for oil, gas, and water diversion and transfer in production well testing. It is usually installed downstream of the separator to deliver choked and separated media to specified metering or storage equipment.

The product directs separated liquids or gas to metering tanks, storage tanks, or tank trucks according to field process requirements, facilitating fluid metering and process switching during testing.

Common working pressure is 750 psi to 2,000 psi, nominal bore is 2 in to 3 in, material class can cover DD to FF, and applicable media include oil, water, and gas.

Products are designed and configured according to relevant API 16C requirements and can be combined according to test process, connection form, and field layout requirements.
